The State of West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection has been requested to approve a direct award to MON VALLEY INTEGRATION LLC maintenance and support of OSR's Northern Region electrical systems for our water reclamation sites, Pursuant to WV Code 5A-3-10c, the Department of Environmental Protection is attempting to determine whether the commodity or service is a direct award procurement.
