Billing promise

No lock-in, no surprise renewals, no retention call.

The most common complaint about bid-alert services is the bill, not the data: annual charges after a monthly trial, renewals that cannot be switched off, multi-year contracts. Here is exactly how RFPFinder bills, in writing.

$39/momonth to month by default

2 reminders14 and 3 days before an annual renewal
3 monthslongest pause, billing stops

Month to month is the default

Pro is $39 a month, billed monthly, cancel any time. The annual plan ($349) exists only if you pick it, and never by default.

Cancel in one click

From your account: one button, no call, no chat, no "are you sure" flow. The plan cancels at the end of the paid period and you keep access until then. The page shows the exact date.

Annual plans get two reminders

14 days and 3 days before an annual renewal we email you. Each email has a one-click "don't renew" link that needs no sign-in. Monthly plans are not reminded, because there is nothing to warn about.

Pause for one to three months

Bid season over? Pause billing for 1, 2 or 3 months from your account. Your saved searches, pipeline and profile stay put; billing resumes on the date you chose.

Your price is locked

The monthly price on your subscription is stored on it and does not change while you stay subscribed. Founding members keep $29 a month for life.

Refunds

Charged by mistake, or cancelled and billed anyway? Email support@rfpfinder.net and we refund the charge, no questions. We reply within 1 business day.
