About the Data

RFPFinder republishes public procurement notices. Federal notices come from SAM.gov's public data extract and API, refreshed several times a day. State and local notices come from government procurement portals, added one portal at a time and documented as we go.

Every listing links to the original solicitation, which governs. Summaries, categories and flags such as "requires local presence" are generated by RFPFinder from the notice text and may contain errors; confirm everything in the source documents before you bid.

We never republish text from commercial aggregators. Buyer contact details appear exactly as the agency published them in the public notice; RFPFinder adds no contact data of its own and removes a contact on request from the agency.
