  1. Description: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ).

VA San Francisco Health Care System (VASFHCS) has a future need for medical physicists for testing and reporting of its medical equipment for the VA San Francisco Health Care System (VASFHCS) at multiple facilities: Santa Rosa VA Outpatient Clinic, the Eureka VA Outpatient Clinic, the Oakland VA Outpatient Clinic, as well as the San Francisco VA Health Care System. Solicitation Number 36C26127Q0074 for this effort will be posted to SAM.GOV (https://sam.gov) on or about October 9,2026. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications and information necessary to quote the project.
