The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, is requesting quotes for fire, smoke, and automatic door inspection, maintenance, and repair services at the Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center, 4101 S. 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS 66048.

This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 541350 (size standard $11.5 million), PSC J056. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with five 12-month ordering periods (60 months), estimated to start November 1, 2026. This acquisition uses FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures.

Scope summary: Semiannual inspection and minor adjustment of about 124 manual fire and smoke door assemblies per NFPA 80 and NFPA 105 Semiannual inspection and preventive maintenance of about 57 automatic doors per ANSI/BHMA A156.10, performed by AAADM-certified technicians 24/7 service-call response and repairs ordered by task order Inspection and repair reports The Service Contract Labor Standards apply (Wage Determination 2015-5105, Leavenworth County, KS). Offerors must be small under NAICS 541350 and active in SAM.gov when they submit a quote. Award will be made on a best-value basis considering technical capability, past performance, veterans involvement, and price.
