Comprehensive Data Management System

The College of Education at the University of South Carolina seeks proposals from qualified providers for a comprehensive, scalable data-management system with seamless integration with the University’s SIS and LMS (Blackboard Ultra). The system must align accreditation, program, and state standards with student assessments; support online assessment, reports by standard or sub-standard, program-requirement and certification-progress tracking, placement coordination, fieldwork and coursework assessment, multi-rater rubric-based assessment, ed-preparation tools, disposition and capstone assessments, and ePortfolios that showcase the full learning journey. The platform must provide a user-friendly, intuitive interface that requires minimal training, accommodate anticipated growth in student and program usage, and include remote end-user training, documentation and configuration consulting, best-practice guidance, and implementation troubleshooting.
