University of South Carolina Golf Clubhouse
The University of South Carolina is seeking architectural and engineering services for construction of a new clubhouse for the men’s and women’s golf programs. It is anticipated the facility will be approximately 8,500 sq ft of conditioned space with some additional exterior spaces such as decks and patios. The new facility will be located near the golf practice facility at the west end of National Guard Road, Columbia, SC.
The facility will include locker room areas, lounge/team room areas, offices and golf practice function support spaces. Firms will be expected to provide programming services along with all standard design services from schematic design thru close-out.
