Base Bid includes full removal/replacement of sealants, wet sealing of all glazing, steel prep/prime/paint, replacement of expansion joints and covers, full façade cleaning, EIFS cornice repairs with elastomeric coating, selective masonry repointing, and abatement of minor non-friable ACM. Refer to project manual and drawing set for further project specifications.
