PREQUALIFICATION for 1220 Catawba St. Renovation
The base building project will renovate approximately 18,500 GSF of the existing Catawba Street high bay industrial biomass facility. Two partial floors above the main floor will be constructed for office spaces, conference room, and supporting spaces. The main floor will primarily house dry room spaces (out of scope) that will be installed by a turn-key vendor parallel to the base building construction.
Enabling exhaust, power, and plumbing will be provided in the base building scope.
