R-7282 Fleet Services EV Charging Depot

The work to be done consists primarily of installation of 5 dual-port Direct Current Fast Chargers (DCFC) for Electric Vehicle (EV) charging as well as a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) connected to the charging equipment. Work will include installation of electrical equipment, new switchgear, conduit, wiring, and all hardscape and site improvements necessary to facilitate component installation. Bids are required for the entire Work.

Pre-bid conference: The mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted via Microsoft Teams on Oct. 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The mandatory Job-Site Walk-Through is at 1:00 p.m.
