Bidders must check in with the receptionist at the Executive Building front desk. BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ON TIME AND ATTEND THE ENTIRETY OF THE MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE DIRECTLY OR THROUGH AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE. BIDS FROM BIDDERS WHO DO NOT COMPLY WITH THESE ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.

Pre-bid conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 09:00 AM PST in the Training Conference Room (second floor) located in the Executive Building, 155 Cottage Street NE, Salem Oregon 97301.
