Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Atlantic seeks a Design-Bid-Build firm-fixed-price contractor to construct a power plant and electrical distribution system at Chabelley Airfield, Djibouti. Proposals will be evaluated on experience, technical solution, safety, and past performance; the RFP will be available November 5, 2026, with site visit December 9, 2026, and performance bonding required.

Scope

  • Construct six 830-kW diesel generators with fuel storage, polishing, and distribution systems.
