Orion or Equivalent Rotary VNG Chair - Chillicothe VAMC

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation RFQ- 36C25026Q1049 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026?01, effective 03/13/2026. This solicitation is unrestricted for Full and Open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 339112.

All interested companies shall provide quotations for the requirements listed below. Materials and parts will be delivered to: Chillicothe VA Medical Center, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, OH 45601-9718, FOB destination.
