On-Call Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Services for the Vehicle Inspection Program

The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Department of Environmental Quality, ("Agency"), is issuing this Intermediate Procurement to establish a Contract for On-Call Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Services in support of the Vehicle Inspection Program.

Pre-bid conference: Agency will offer pre-proposal walkthroughs of the facilities for interested Offerors. See Section 3.3.3 of the RFP document for more information.
