The scope of work for HVAC services encompasses a comprehensive range of tasks aimed at ensuring optimal heating, ventilation, and air conditioning performance within residential, commercial, or industrial settings. This includes an initial assessment of existing HVAC systems to determine efficiency and compliance with current regulations. The services involve the installation of new HVAC units, including ductwork and associated components, ensuring proper sizing and configuration for maximum efficiency.
Routine maintenance and repair services are integral to the scope, involving inspections, cleaning, and servicing of air filters, coils, and condensers, as well as checking refrigerant levels extends to all associated components, such as compressors, motors, evaporators, heat exchangers, exhaust fans, piping, ductwork and electrical connections to prevent system failures.
The Contractor shall be available to provide emergency and on-call services to address urgent repair requests necessary to maintain mission-critical operations and facility safety. The Contractor must be capable of providing an expedited response for critical failures. For any deficient conditions observed during the performance of work that exceeds the original service request, the Contractor shall document and report them to the Office of the Military/Facility Supervisor with recommended corrective actions prior to proceeding.
