ODF Klamath Falls - Fire Cache Replacement

Constructing fire cache building w/ new office space for providing staff support w/ a training space, break room, restrooms, a mezzanine for mechanical equipment at the ODF Klamath Falls. New traffic circulation limited to new private driveway and parking area, for the new fire cache building. Installing items noted as OFCI specified in Attachment B and Attachment C.

Contractor shall provide information, pay permits to AHJ and coordinate with ODOT for a sewer lateral.
