- Medical Network Provider Services The DOL Senior Procurement Executive (SPE) for the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM), has determined that consolidation is necessary and justified because of the substantial benefits for consolidating the Medical Bill Processing Services, Directed Medical Services, Contract Medical Consultant services, and Medical Network Provider requirements.
