Medical Record Keeping and Credential Verification

The South Dakota National Guard has a requirement to support the Medical Command with Medical Record Keeping and Provider Credential Verification Service. This service will include monitoring service members medical records, reviewing medical cases, uploading new medical treatment documents, and providing credentialing assistance for medical, dental, and behavioral health providers. The work will be performed at Camp Rapid BLDG 420 in Rapid City, SD.

The work schedule will be 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM on Tuesday through Friday. The anticipated date for the beginning of performance is March 17th, 2026. This was changed from an 8(a) set aside to a WOSB set aside and will result in a firm fixed price contract.

An active Sam.gov registration is required for this contract. Questions will be answered by amendment and must be submitted in writing to [email on the source notice] by 16 February 2026. Quotes must be submitted by email to [email on the source notice] and are due by 24 February 2026 by 10:00 AM MST.
