This requirement was originally solicited on May 22, 2026, with a closing date of June 23, 2026. The solicitation is being reopened with a revised closing date of October 12, 2026. The following changes have been made: B1 RFQ 475591 The deadline for submitting questions has been changed from June 8, 2026, to October 8, 2026.

The quotation due date and time have been changed from June 23, 2026, to October 12, 2026, at 4pm Eastern Time Zone. The acquisition classification has been changed from commercial products or commercial services to noncommercial items. B1 Enclosure A, Draft Contract 475591 and Attachments Section I, Scope of Work, has been updated to replace SOW Version 3 and Technical Specifications Version 1 with SOW Version 5 and Technical Specifications Version

  1. Revisions are identified in green font. Section I, Scope of Work, has been updated to include new reporting and deliverable requirements.

Section VII, Additional Terms, has been updated to delete the General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Items and Services (Revision 24, April 2026) and replace them with the Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC, General Terms and Conditions for Non-Commercial Items (Revision 25, September 2026). Section VII, Additional Terms, has been updated to replace the Supplemental Terms and Conditions for Work by Contractors Onsite at Brookhaven National Laboratory (Revision 24, April 2026) with the Supplemental Terms and Conditions for Work by Contractors Onsite at Brookhaven National Laboratory (Revision 25, September 2026). Offerors should review the revised RFQ, draft contract, and all associated attachments before submitting a quotation.

Offerors that submitted a quotation in response to the original solicitation must submit a revised quotation addressing the amended requirements by the revised closing date. Previously submitted documentation that remains current and unaffected by the amendments may be incorporated by reference. At a minimum, the offeror must acknowledge all amendments and confirm whether its previously submitted pricing remains valid.
