Los Cerritos Channel at Bixby Hill Retaining Wall Repair (MC-5264)
The Work includes repair and reconstruction of an existing retaining wall along the Los Cerritos Channel at Bixby Hill, including demolition of deteriorated sections of the existing Concrete Masonry Unit retaining wall, removing existing trees, and disposing of interfering portions of the existing foundation and pool equipment, backfill and compaction, site restoration, and/or other work as necessary to complete the project as described in the Contract Drawings and Specifications.
