This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested. COMMANDER, FLEET READINESS CENTERS (COMFRC), has a requirement for Cryogenic Maintenance and Repair Services under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
The anticipated award will be a firm-fixed-price contract for inspection and maintenance of cryogenic tanks, and emergency visits for evaluation and repair. The anticipated period of performance is 14-JAN-2026 to 13-JAN-2029, a base year and two
- option years.

CONTRACT TYPE: Under FAR Parts 12 and 13 the Government intends to award a single firm fixed price (FFP) award which includes Not to Exceed (NTE) line items (FAR 13.302-2).
