ANY WORK REQUIRED BY THE GOVERNMENT SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED BY THE ISSUANCE OF TASK ORDERS BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AGAINST THE PROPOSED CONTRACT. THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (POP) FOR THIS REQUIREMENT IS A TWELVE

PER FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) 19.108, THIS REQUIREMENT IS RESTRICTED TO 8(A) FIRMS AUTHORIZED BY THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION'S UTAH DISTRICT OFFICE TO PERFORM WITHIN THE DISTRICT'S GEOGRAPHICAL REGION.

Site Visit: The Government will hold a virtual site visit only. Bidders are required to submit a completed SF 1442, including the acknowledgement of all amendments in Block 19.
SF 1442 cannot be accepted without being signed. The SF 1442 must be completed in full by the bidder, to include the Name and Title of the Person Authorized to sign in Block 20a, an original signature in Block 20b, and the Bid Date in Block 20c. Bids cannot be accepted and will be declared non-responsive without a valid signature in Block 20b.
The final total bid price(s) from Technical Exhibit 01 must be annotated on the appropriate CLINs of Section B of the solicitation. Refer to Section L for additional details
