The National Park Service intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the construction of a new wastewater treatment plant at Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona. The contract will be awarded based on the best value continuum – Trade-off process.

Scope

Construction of a new 0.65 MGD Membrane Bio-Reactor wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) at the existing Wastewater Treatment Plant site.
Relocation of existing storage, installation of process facilities, and complete demolition and removal of existing WWTP infrastructure.
