REQUEST FOR QUOTATION:
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Department of Transportation to establish an open-end, multiple vendor award contract for the F.O.B. delivery and pick up of Solar Salt, for the production of brine for usage by the Department of Transportation Districts for snow removal and ice control throughout the state of West Virginia.
