The West Virginia Department of Administration, Purchasing Division (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchasing Division") is issuing this solicitation as a request for proposal ("RFP"), as authorized by W. Va. Code 5A-3-10b, for the West Virginia Lottery (hereinafter referred to as the "Agency") to provide a contract for Modern Retail Central Gaming System Solution per the attached documentation.
