The Texas Education Agency (TEA) is requesting responses from contractors for three unique projects in this procurement cycle. 1. Project 1 is requesting responses from contractors who have existing content to support the procurement, sourcing, development, and customization of fully developed grade appropriate High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM).

Project 2 is requesting responses from contractors to develop custom built high-quality Tier 1 instructional materials. 3.

Project 3 is requesting responses from contractors with demonstrated expertise in instructional materials versioning, standards alignment, and rapid-cycle content improvement to provide service to update, revise, substitute existing Open Education Resources (OER) materials in accordance with TEA priorities and timelines.
