Pre-Advertisement Notice for Grove Park Recreation Center Design Build
The City of Atlanta, through the Department of Procurement on behalf of the Department of Parks and Recreation, will soon advertise a Request for Proposals (RFP) for qualified Design Build firms to deliver the Grove Park Recreation Center Replacement Project. Interested firms will be evaluated based on demonstrated experience, technical capability, ability to meet schedule requirements, and capacity to manage multidisciplinary design'build delivery. The City's expectation is that the selected Design'Build team will be responsible for comprehensive project execution encompassing design, permitting, engineering, construction, quality assurance, and facility turnover.
A Pre'Solicitation Conference will be announced to provide additional project clarity and address vendor questions regarding criteria, deliverables, and expectations.
