The City of St. Petersburg is seeking quotes from qualified vendors to replace the existing standard double doors with new electric sliding doors at the Gift Shop located in the Pier Head building.
The existing outward‑swinging doors at the Gift Shop have been repeatedly impacted by high winds, resulting in ongoing damage and operational issues. To improve durability, safety, and reliability, the City intends to replace these doors with electric sliding units better suited to the conditions at the Pier.
