NG911 CHE Services

The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) is seeking qualified Suppliers to participate in its statewide NG911 CHE Services Invitation to Qualify (ITQ). Suppliers that meet the qualifications will be awarded a contract and may be eligible to respond to a Request for Quote (RFQ).

Suppliers need to be registered as a PA Supplier and receive a supplier number. Suppliers can register at: https://pasupplierportal.state.pa.us/irj/portal/anonymous

Suppliers are also required to create a user profile within our JAGGAER portal: https://solutions.sciquest.com/apps/Router/SupplierLogin?CustOrg=CommonwealthPA Select the following Commodity Code: 92000000-ITQ-640 NG911 CHE Services.
