DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The purpose of this contract is to define the scope, principles, and governing rules for the provision of operational support services for designated workplace and infrastructure assets in support of NCIA's CIS environment. The services are intended to supplement and support NCIA by performing defined operational tasks, thereby enabling NCIA's staff to focus on other duties and higher-value activities for the benefit of the Supported Entities. The services are also intended to support asset visibility, location accuracy, and configuration management by ensuring that operational changes are appropriately executed, recorded, and, where required, verified.

This contract establishes the core service framework, including the service model, task execution principles, classification rules, ordering principles, completion principles, and the relationship between the core SOW and the supporting annexes. These services include, but are not limited to, installation, movement, addition, modification, disposal, documentation, inventory-related activities, and related support services performed in accordance with the defined service framework.
