Low Energy Portal X-ray Interference with Radiation Portal Monitors

This requirement is to procure on a sole source basis continued development, test and evaluation of a pulsed-source Low Energy Portal (LEP) prototype scanning system that is capable of performing the normal LEP functions of screening passenger vehicles while mitigating Radiation Portal Monitors (RPMs) interference at the San Ysidro Port of Entry (POE) without considering other awardees pursuant to RFO FAR 6.103-1 (FAR Class Deviation 25-11).
