KOROR - Space Force ISTO Infrastructure Project
This solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Koror, Palau, will release a solicitation for the renewal of Koror Space Force ISTO Infrastructure Project. The Government plans to issue solicitation on or about the last week of March 2026.
The quotation due date will be set forth in the solicitation. The Government intends to award a contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract/purchase order based on the initial offer without discussion.
The resultant contract/purchase order will be firm fixed price. For all awards with total amount of $30K and above, all contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database - https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are required to register prior to the submittal of offers.
