FTSS IV Lot 1 Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Task Order Notice of Tentative Acquisition Strategy Program Title: Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA) Contractor Instruction Services (CIS) Description: Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems intends to competitively award a Firm Fixed Price Task Order under FTSS IV for Contractor Instruction Services (CIS) in support of Chief of Naval Air training (CNATRA) at NAS Corpus Christi, TX, NAS Kingsville, TX, NAS Whiting Field, FL, NAS Pensacola, FL, and NAS Meridian, MS. The period of performance is 60 months, inclusive of two

  1. month mobilization and one
  2. seven
  3. month base year with four
