The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to competitively award a Firm Fixed Price task order for Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) and Contractor Maintenance Services (CMS) in support of the Naval Aviation Survival Training Program at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, FL; Marine Corps Air Stations (MCAS) Cherry Point, NC; and Naval Station (NS) Norfolk, Norfolk, VA. The period of performance is anticipated to be 60 months, consisting of one
