SPECIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD.
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Chapman Management Group, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), in accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127 and VAAR 852.819-7008. The requirement is for temporary emergency cooling support, including the provision of an air chiller, at the Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) in Tucson, Arizona.
