The Contractor shall, in a proper and satisfactory manner, provide complete maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics to the Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems for the Judiciary, Second Circuit (Hoapili Hale) in accordance to the Specifications, the Special Provisions, and the General Conditions attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
Offerors must provide documentation of qualifications listed in the attached Scope and Specifications document.
