Higher Education Payment Processing System

The Citadel is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Offerors to provide a comprehensive, secure, scalable, and integrated payment processing, One Card, and point-of-sale (POS) solution for the College. The initial term of this contract is for one (3-year) term with the option of four

one
year renewals.

The maximum term is seven

years.

Pre-bid information: This solicitation includes a mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference. The purpose of the conference is to provide Offerors an opportunity to seek clarification regarding the scope, technical requirements, integrations, terms and conditions, and proposal submission requirements.
