Head Start Facility Project Manager
The Chesterfield-Marlboro Economic Opportunity Council Inc. (CMEOC) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional firms and individuals to provide Construction Project Management Services for the demolition of Former Senior High and Elementary School
Responses due: October 14, 2026 - 2:00pm
Pre-bid information: The project includes Building I (approximately 15,000 square feet) and Building II (approximately 19,800 square feet). The selected Project Manager shall serve as CMEOC's Owner's Representative and provide oversight and coordination throughout project planning, procurement, demolition, construction, commissioning, occupancy, and closeout. Available pre-bid information, including site plans, facility documents, environmental reports, and other supporting materials, will be provided upon request.
