Modification to: Section 10.19 EEO language updated. Section 10.29 Nondiscrimination language updated. References to Reentry Service Centers have been changed to Halfway Houses throughout Attachment A.

Minor typographical corrections were made in Sections 10.11, 10.14, and 10.15.

Amendment 9 (1/16/2026):

January 16, 2026 - Modification is to add Section 10.32 Artificial Intelligence (AI) and to revise numbering on Insurance Requirements from Section 10.32 to 10.33.
