Fire Alarm Inspection, Testing, and Repair
It is the intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish a term contract to provide inspection, testing, and repair service for fire protection systems throughout various locations within City of Myrtle Beach facilities. Fire protection systems to be serviced shall include fire alarm and detection systems, fire sprinkler systems, and fire pump systems.
Responses due: September 1, 2027 - 2:00pm
Pre-bid information: A mandatory pre-proposal meeting to review all equipment covered in this contract will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at 10:00AM (Eastern) at the City of Myrtle Beach Procurement Office located at 3231 Mr. Joe White Avenue, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. On-time attendance is required for proposal consideration.
Late arrival and/or failure to attend required site visits will be cause for proposal rejection.
