EOS Custodial Service
This solicitation defines the custodial service requirements for buildings 5651 and 5652 at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), which are operated by the Expeditionary Operations School (EOS). The Contractor shall maintain the interior cleanliness of all specified areas within these buildings, including dormitory rooms, common areas, restrooms, administrative offices, and ancillary spaces in accordance with the standards set forth in this document. The procurement of the EOS Custodial Service must be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
