EMS Building & Facilities Shop CMAR Services

Oconee County is seeking proposals from Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) companies for the construction of a new EMS Building and a new Facilities Shop to be located behind Fire Station No. 1 on Macon Highway. Upon completion of a review of proposals received, the County anticipates awarding a contract for preconstruction services and, at the County's discretion, a subsequent contract for construction.

Pursuant to Georgia law, no bids will be considered without an executed E-Verify affidavit. The successful bidder will be required to pay sales and use tax on materials purchased or used on this project. Once a GMP has been determined and approved, the awarded Contractor will be required to submit Performance and Payment bonds of one hundred percent (100%) of the total agreement amount.

Bidder's must register with BidNet Direct to respond to this RFP. All proposals will be received by the Finance Department electronically through BidNet Direct on or before 10:00 am on October 29, 2026. All submitted responses will be electronically stamped at the time and date when all documents are uploaded and received.

Any proposals received after the established deadline will be deemed late and will not be considered. Physical proposals will not be accepted.

Questions regarding clarification or interpretation of this RFP must be submitted electronically via BidNet Direct and shall be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on October 19, 2026.
