Elgin Mental Health Center FY27 Small Purchase of construction of New Entry Wall and Installation of Heavy-Duty Industrial Saloon Doors

Elgin Mental Health Center is seeking for a Vendor to construct a new entry wall, modifications to electrical and ceiling systems, relocation of fire system strobe light to the north side of the saloon doors, installation of a reinforced door frame, and installation of a pair of heavy-duty industrial saloon style doors. Vendors are required to submit their itemized quote that details all costs associated with the project, including labor, materials, and full specifications of the Saloon Door upon submission of the bid. Please find the Scope of Services for more details regarding the Mandatory Pre-bid Conference and the full scope of work for this solicitation.
