Elgin Mental Health Center is seeking a Vendor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the resurfacing of the designated deteriorated parking lot and roadway sections. Work includes surface preparation, milling, asphalt installation, compaction, and final cleanup. Concrete Work must be done at the Stores' Dock Area located 750 South State Street, Elgin, Il 60123.

This procurement is for Small Business Set Aside Program Vendors Only.

Pre-bid conference: There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting held on 10/5, 2026 at 10am located at FTP Building, 750 South State St., Elgin, Il. Bidding vendor must attend. Sub-Contractors may attend along with bidding vendor but cannot sign in for bidding vendor.
