The Chester MHC is seeking to have Unit F, approx. 10,632 sqft floor tiles Abatement asbestos floor tile & mastic removed and install Refinishing epoxy, located at 1315 Lehmen Drive Chester, IL 62233. THIS PROCUREMENT IS FOR SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE PROGRAM VENDORS ONLY.

Pre-bid conference: There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference held on October 22, 2026 at 10am located at 1315 Lehman Drive, Chester. IL. Bidding vendor must attend.

Sub-Contractors can attend with the bidding vendor but cannot sign in place of the bidding vendor.
