Mecklenburg County requests a Statement-of-Qualifications from interested engineering firms to provide HVAC Commissioning Services for two upcoming projects. The firm(s) selected will serve as an independent (third party) HVAC commissioning agent(s) for Mecklenburg County during the design and construction of the project. The Firm(s) selected must be NC licensed, qualified and have experience providing these services in accordance with ASTM, NC State Building Code, and Mecklenburg County Code Enforcement Standards.
