The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Aptea 4325 ALEXANDER DR STE 100 ALPHARETTA, GA 30022-3808 for FSOS Aptean IRMS 360 Maintenance & Support FY27 In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the Agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed-priced (FFP) purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 12 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 513210. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.
Closing date for submitting a capability statement is October 06, 2026, at 8:00am Eastern Standard Time (EST). All submissions should be submitted electronically to [email on the source notice]
