The work consists of: The replacement of approximately 1,500 linear feet of existing 5-feet wide concrete sidewalk with 5-feet wide ADA compliant concrete sidewalk, 600 linear feet of existing 6-feet wide concrete sidewalk with 6-feet wide ADA compliant concrete sidewalk, 2,500 square feet of existing concrete slab, and associated root pruning, root barriers, and ADA ramps. The work is shown on the Drawings and specified in the Project Manual. A pre-bid conference to discuss the details and requirements of the contract will be held on October 28, 2026 at 10:00 am, in the Training Room at City Hall.

All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. The deadline for submitting questions is November 13, 2026 at 4:00 pm.
