State of the City - Annual Presentation
The City of Ormond Beach is requesting quotes for the video shooting and photography at City-related events over the course of the year. The material will be used in the production, audio, and editing of an approximate 15 minute video to be presented at the State of the City banquet scheduled for October 2027 and 2028 (with video/photos taken throughout both years). It is estimated that there will be selected partnership projects including major events run by the Chamber of Commerce, Main Street, etc., economic development projects, community events/programs and interviews/testimonials with people involved in those areas (estimated 300 hours).
The deadline for questions is October 7, 2026 at 4:00 PM.
