The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal ( “RFP”), and the resulting contract, is to obtain services from a qualified firm to provide a city-wide vacuum leaf collection program in accordance with the Scope of Services section of the solicitation.

The City of Cleveland (the “City”) is creating a city-wide vacuum leaf collection program (the “Program”) for residential leaf removal. Historically, the City has received over 7,000 leaf orders during the removal season. In the previous removal season, a charge of $30.00 per order was collected.

The Program operates from November through mid-March.
